Text Box: King Ranch Chicken

1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed cream
      of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped, canned tomatoes
      (or Ro*Tel tomatoes if you want it spicy), drained
1 cup coarsely crushed Nacho Cheese flavor tortilla chips
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

In a 2 quart saucepan, blend soup and water. Bring to a boil. 

Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted. 

Makes 2-3 servings. Double recipe for 4-6 servings. 

Serve with extra chips on the side if desired.
Text Box: Pork Stroganoff

2 cups wide egg noodles, uncooked
2 cups chopped, cooked pork roast or pork chops
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sliced, canned mushrooms, drained
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
1/4 cup sour cream

In a 3 quart saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well. 

Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms, onion, garlic powder and pepper. 

Cook over medium heat until mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. 

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. 

Makes 2-3 servings. Double recipe for 4-6 servings.
